For the past five years, Talya has held the role of Human Resources Coordinator for the Yumba Bimbi Team. Having come from the automotive industry where she worked as a Service Supervisor, Tayla has an intrinsic understanding and passion for setting up the pathways to ensure everyone feels valued, included and supported within the ever-growing YB team. Tayla’s philosophy and approach to her role centres around the investment in time, high-quality resources and training for all team members to ensure Yumba Bimbi continues to support staff to be the best support workers possible.
