Leisa Donlan

Leisa Donlan, FSAE is a dedicated Yumba Bimbi board member who commenced her tenure in 2023 and also sits on both the finance, and the assets and infrastructure subcommittees. Her career boasts rich management experience in the fuel industry, international not-for-profit, local government and advocacy. As the Chief Executive Officer of an international industry association, Leisa guided the organisation from its formalisation to the largest of its kind in the world across her 25 year involvement. Locally, Leisa served as the Manager for Parks and Recreation at the Central Highlands Regional Council for four years and she holds a Bachelor of Applied Science. Honoured as the Australian Association Executive of the Year in 1999, Leisa’s 30-year journey features remarkable achievements and active volunteerism. Now working as a private consultant, her multifaceted interests in governance, mediation, advocacy, culinary adventures, gardening and reading reflect her ability to blend diverse elements cohesively. Leisa remains committed to community development, contributing significantly to the region’s well-being and growth.
