Previously the CEO of Central Highlands Healthcare, Renee oversaw essential GP and primary health services, strengthening community impact and sustainable service delivery in Emerald Qld.
Renee’s career has spanned General Practice leadership, Human Resources, Learning and Development, and organisational culture, showcasing a multifaceted skill set and a long-standing commitment to building positive, high-performing workplaces. Her leadership philosophy centres on creating environments where every individual can succeed.
Renee joined Yumba Bimbi in December 2021 and was appointed Chair in 2023. She also serves as Chair of the Compliance and Risk Subcommittee, contributing to strong governance and long-term organisational growth.
Holding a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources) and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Renee blends strategic insight with a people-centred approach.
