Leisa Donlan, a dedicated Yumba Bimbi board member, commenced her tenure in 2023 and also sits on both the finance, and the assets and infrastructure subcommittees. Her career boasts rich management experience in not-for-profit, local government and advocacy. Serving as the Manager for Parks and Recreation at the Central Highlands Regional Council, she holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology. Honoured as the Australian Association Executive of the Year in 1999, Leisa’s 20-year journey features remarkable achievements and active volunteerism. Her multifaceted interests in culinary adventures, gardening and reading reflect her ability to blend diverse elements cohesively. Leisa remains committed to community development, contributing significantly to the region’s well-being and growth.
