We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make our 25th anniversary unforgettable! Whether you have a few hours or can help all evening, we have the perfect role for you.

Date: Saturday, 16th of August 2025

Shift Between: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM 

Set-up Crew: 2 pm to 6 pm

Volunteers Opportunities

  • Ushers, Welcome Team
  • Food and Beverage Service, Bar Staff – RSA certification preferred,
  • Security
  • Set-up – Decorating Team, Clean-up crew,

REQUIREMENTS

  • Age: 16+ (RSA roles require 18+)
  • Availability: Flexible scheduling is available
  • Special Skills: RSA certification preferred for bar roles; security experience welcome
  • Attitude: Enthusiasm and commitment to excellent guest service
