The role of Administration Officer at Yumba Bimbi Support Services, a community-based, not-for-profit organisation in Central and Western Queensland. ​ The role reports to the General Manager of Operations and is governed by the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Industry Award 2010. ​ The mission of the organisation is to strengthen choice and life opportunities in an inclusive community, with values centered around people, community, respect, dignity, integrity, choice, quality, and social responsibility. ​

The Administration Officer is responsible for the smooth operation of the reception area, providing administrative support, and managing queries. ​ Key responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, performing data entry, filing, record-keeping, and assisting with special projects. ​ The role requires strong communication skills, cultural competence, and adherence to workplace health and safety standards. ​
