The role of Administration Officer at Yumba Bimbi Support Services, a community-based, not-for-profit organisation in Central and Western Queensland. The Administration Officer is responsible for the smooth operation of the reception area, providing administrative support, and managing queries. Key responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, performing data entry, filing, record-keeping, and assisting with special projects. The role requires strong communication skills, cultural competence, and adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
