Yumba Bimbi is an NDIS registered provider of Support Coordination and Plan Management. Our Support Coordination and Plan Management services are separate to our disability support direct services.  To ensure you are getting the most out of your NDIS plan and funding.  We offer Support Coordination and Plan Management to make the process as easy as possible.

Our team are local people who know the local community and its services.  We will work with you to find the very best supports to meet your individual needs.

Our Support Coordination service will help you to:

  • monitor spend of services
  • understand your NDIA plan and how your funding can be used
  • assist to create a budget for each of your approved support types in the way you choose
  • assist you to identify and access NDIS registered and mainstream providers in your local community
  • negotiate service agreements with your chosen providers
  • build informal and community supports
  • communicate with your chosen providers to coordinate and manage your supports with confidence
  •  help you prepare for your plan review through provider reports and resolve points of crisis

Plan Management is a financial service to assist you with the management of your NDIS funding.  The advantage of Plan Management services is that you are not limited to using only NDIS registered providers to provide your supports.  You have far more flexibility in choosing your providers.

Our Plan Management Service can make your life easier by:

  • helping you understand your NDIS plan and funding
  • make service bookings on behalf of participants
  • help you to develop your service plan and budget
  • make payments to your providers
  • make claims to the NDIS
  • provide you with a monthly budget statement
