Our Support Coordination and Plan Management services are separate to our disability support services.  To ensure you are getting the most out of your NDIS plan and funding.  We offer Support Coordination and Plan Management to make the process as easy as possible.

Our Support Coordination service will help you to:

  • decide on your budget for each of you approved support types
  • identify and access NDIS registered and mainstream providers in your local community
  • negotiate service agreements with your providers
  • build informal supports
  • communicate with your chosen providers to coordinate and manage your supports with confidence

Plan Management is a financial service to assist you with the management of your NDIS funding.  The advantage of Plan Management services is that you are not limited to using only NDIS registered providers to provide your supports.  You have far more flexibility in choosing your providers.

Our Plan Management Service can make your life easier by:

  • helping you understand you NDIS plan and funding
  • finding providers and helping you to make service bookings
  • help you to develop your service plan and budget
  • get quotes and negotiate a service agreement with your providers
  • make payments to your providers
  • make claims to the NDIS
